Jem and the Holograms #22 is the 22nd issue of the Jem and the Holograms comic book, published by IDW Publishing. It was published on January 4th, 2017. It features the fourth part of the five part story Enter The Stingers.

Official Synopsis

"Jem and The Holograms' new drummer is incredible and everyone knows it - too bad she's a spy working for The Misfits! What secrets will she discover when let into the inner sanctum of Jem?! As both The Stingers and Holograms gear up for their Masquerade Ball performances, some stars that are not so happy to be put in the corner threaten to tear it all down. Meanwhile, Shana’s new best friend in Milan may be turning into her best ENEMY?!"

Mere hours before the 5x5 Records masquerade ball, The Holograms and The Stingers prepare for their performance for both their label and some of the biggest names in the music industry. The Misfits (minus Stormer) are also preparing themselves for the masquerade -- where they will be sneaking aboard in disguise as waitresses.

Rio arrives, to take Jerrica to the ball. Jerrica had forgotten that Rio was taking her, and is about to ask Synergy to create a Jerrica hologram before Aja stops her. Jerrica had promised to stop trying to juggle both of her identities at once and promised to put Jem away after that night's performance. Aja sends Rio away with excuses about Jerrica having fallen ill, which The Fox questions.

In Milan, Shana and Regine are putting on an impromptu fashion show featuring their designs. After the show, their work is complimented by Francesca Zangiri of Airò Zangiri Headquarters. She offers them jobs and, upon finding out that they're already interns, she offers them paying jobs when their internships end.

Back in Los Angeles, the Holograms and the Stingers are mingling amongst the attendees of the 5x5 masquerade ball. Riot is busy searching for Jem, to his bandmates' annoyance. Jem lets Riot know that she can't see him anymore, but they are interrupted by Elise calling the Stingers to the stage for their performance. Riot dedicates their performance of The Queen to Jem.

Backstage, the Holograms prepare for their performance. Moments before they're due to go onstage, The Fox tosses aside her drumsticks and lets them know she won't be performing with them, and tells them it was all part of Pizzazz's plan.
